Who we are?

Millenium Hospitality Real Estate SOCIMI (“MHRE”), is a fiscally efficient real estate vehicle specialised in the development and investment in hotels of differentiated quality in excellent locations, affording the possibility of participating in the constant growth of the tourism market in Spain and Portugal, especially in the high-quality segment.

MHRE has an important portfolio of assets under operation and in the process of repositioning and it is managed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals of recognised prestige and trajectory, boasting extensive experience in the different fields that affect the hotel investment industry: the real estate, financial, hotel and project development segments.

MHRE's strategy is based on the generation of value through the acquisition and repositioning of hotel assets under operation or with the possibility of reconversion, prioritising the careful selection of properties and their location both in urban areas and in consolidated tourist centres, and with a clear emphasis on quality tourism, committing to the growth of rates (“ADR”) through the creation and development of landmark projects managed by large international luxury chains and top quality operators.
